Waiting List Information Page

We are hyper-organized, and take our waiting list very seriously.  Once you are on the list, you WILL be notified (via the phone number you provide, and given 24 hours to respond.  Not 24 hours to decide, just to respond.   If you do not, you will automatically be removed from the list.  None of this works without good communication, so please be courteous of your fellow listees, and respond to me whether you're interested or not. =)

Our application system time stamps when you submit the questionnaire.  That determines your chronological position on the list.

When a litter of puppies arrives, and all the pups are determined to be viable and healthy, we start a file for each one.  Each puppy file starts at the "top" of the list and it continues down until it reaches a person who's criteria it fills.  Then we send the text notification, accompanied by at least one video.

If it's love at first sight, just let us know!  Until they hit that 2 week mark, all you have to do is kick back and enjoy the media.  At the 0-2 week stage, I do weights and new videos/photos every few days.  During that period, the only time we allow ourselves to handle the super tiny, cuteness overloadingly adorable puppies, is for a daily weigh-in.  We closely monitor their weight gain because it's an excellent measure of general health.  Feel free to utilize this time to request parent photos, and ask any questions you might have.  Please, if you haven't already found it, check out the FAQ page here on the website as well.  If you are gonna ask it, chances are, someone else already has haha!  There are a TON of great answers on there, as well as our price list. 

Once "your" puppy turns 2 weeks old, they become eligible for deposit.  Our deposits are a standard $500 per puppy, regardless of the puppy's price.  Once you put your deposit down, you'll be asked for the info you would like on your puppy's paperwork, and you'll be asked if they have a name yet!  Totally optional, but we like to use them so they learn them.  From the 2 week mark, until the 8 week mark (when they can be picked up), you will get at least one new video of your puppy every Friday.  I do my best to throw in at least 1-2 photo sessions in our light booth too, so you have some baby pictures of your new doggo as a keepsake. 

We do not hold puppies without a deposit unless there is an appointment made to visit in person, or the puppy is over 8 weeks and available immediately. 

We accept Venmo, PayPal f&f and all major cards over the phone.

We didn't get it right our first try?  We do our best to only contact you when we have an option that checks all your boxes.  If we don't get it right, please be prepared to give us all the details.  If the puppy itself is perfect, but the timing (or something else unrelated to us) isn't, you still have the ability to pass and retain your original position on the list.  

If the puppy we offer somehow does not meet the standards lied out in the application you completed for us, we need to know so we can update your preferences.  If you pass on a puppy that meets every requirement you laid out when you answered those questions, that still counts as one of your 2 "free passes".  So, as you probably guessed, you only get 2 free passes on a perfectly good puppy that meets your listed requirements.  The third puppy we show you, you will then be given that puppy as your final option, otherwise we will be happy to either bump you to the bottom of the list, and update your timestamp, or simply remove you.
